The studios with pantry & s.w. balcony is situated in central Berlin, between the Governmental area Ministry for Internal affairs, Tech. University and the Academy of the Arts, a few minutes from the Spree river, here you can walk, jog or bike along; through Tiergarten one of Europe's largest parks, as far as Potsdamer Platz, the Philharmonics & Brandenburg Gate. The castle Bellevue, where the German President resides, with its beautiful park is around the corner. Public transportation is 5.min away ( Bus + U-bahn 'Hansaplatz' and S-bahn 'Bellevue' ) Free car park, so give also your car a holiday.
